Refund policy

All GVFD Association merchandise is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfillment provider to have the issue corrected or the item replaced at no additional cost when appropriate.

Please double-check your selected size, color, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact the Granbury Firefighters Association and include your order number along with a description and photos of the issue.
